BACKGROUND: These Terms and Conditions are the standard terms which apply:
A. to provision to customers of any Services or Products by the Business, Alltroh Ltd.
B. where the customer is a “Consumer” as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Appointments
The services which we offer are only available by appointment. You may book an appointment by phone, using our online booking service, or in person. Full payment will be taken at the time of your booking. A 100% refund will be processed for your booking, provided it is cancelled or amended ahead of our cancellation poliocy window. Cancellation policy for individual treatments is 48 hours. Multiple treatment bookings or day packages necessitate a 72-hour notice. Cancellations beyond these timeframes are non-refundable . A change of date within the cancellation policy would be considered cancellation and full charges would apply. If we cancel your appointment under any circumstance, we will refund to you in full any booking fee/deposit or other advance payment that you have made to us for that appointment. We endeavour to start the services at the appointment time which you have booked, but the start may be delayed by overrun of a previous appointment or by other circumstances. If you wish to make a change to your reservation, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible.
Eligibility for Treatment
If you have a medical condition, certain treatments may be unsuitable for You. We advise you to tell us of any medical condition or on-going medical treatment when you book an appointment.
Patch Tests
Any treatment that requires a patch test will be not be carried out until a patch test has been received. Services requiring patch tests are noted on the booking platform. All patch tests need to be taken at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you have a reaction to a patch test uou must inform us immediately. Failure to agree to a patch test will result in the appointment automatically being cancelled.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available from https://roh.try.be/vouchers or in person. Gift vouchers are available in multiples of £25 or for specific treatments. Gift vouchers are valid for the period specified. Gift vouchers may be redeemed only for treatments or products.
Product Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied qith your product, you may return the goods in their original condition, unopened, unused and resale-able for a full refund within fourteen days of receipt.
Your Personal Information
We will use the personal information you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in line with GDPR regulations.
Offers
All offers are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Terms and conditions are subject to change. All offers are correct at time of publication, refer to the current rates valid and are for new bookings only. Pre-booking is essential. Offers cannot be applied to gift vouchers or special/public events unless otherwise stated.
Events
Each event will have their own specific terms and conditions regarding booking, payment and cancellation. Ticketed events will go ahead based on minimum booking levels being achieved. We reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel any advertised events with a minimum of 7 days’ notice to guests already booked.
Cash
Please be aware, ROH is a cashless venue and only accepts card payments.
Service Charge
The optional team service charge is 12.5% on food and drink. This is a payment which recognises and rewards all employees who deliver outstanding guest service. The optional service charge is calculated on the total bill before any discounts. If you do not wish to pay it you can asked for it to be removed from your bill.
