Terms and Conditions for ROH Allt Membership
These Terms and Conditions govern the membership offered by ROH Day Spa to individual clients (hereafter referred to as "Member/s").
By enrolling in the membership program, you (the Member) agree to the following terms:
1. Membership Term
The membership is subject to a non-negotiable contract length of 12 months.
2. Cancellation Policy
Members are not permitted to cancel or pause their membership during the contract term following the conclusion of the cooling-off period.
3. Cooling-Off Period
Members have the right to cancel their membership within 14 days of enrollment for a full refund, provided that no membership services have been utilized during this period. To exercise this right, please contact ROH Day Spa in writing within the 14-day timeframe.
4. Payment
Membership fees will be charged automatically on a monthly basis to the payment method on file. Members agree to maintain updated payment details. Should a payment fail, membership benefits may be suspended until the outstanding payment is resolved. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed as credit toward monthly payments.
5. Rollover Policy
No credits or benefits may be rolled over into the subsequent month. Expired or unused services cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
6. Booking and Appointments
All bookings are subject to availability. Members are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of services or applicable fees.
7. Freezing or Holding Membership
Requests to freeze membership must be submitted in writing with a minimum notice period of 30 days. Membership benefits cannot be utilized while the account is frozen.
8. Changes to Terms or Pricing
ROH Day Spa reserves the right to amend membership terms or pricing. Members will receive at least 30 days' notice of any changes to their membership.
